Fred Hutch Cancer Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, IT Business Solutions to oversee all IT solutions related to the organization’s business and administrative functions. This includes the strategic leadership and management of ERP systems, including Finance and Supply Chain systems, as well as other non-clinical business applications. The Senior Director will work closely with key business leaders across the organization.
Defines project scope, objectives, key resources, budget and project plan in support of multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. Leads complex enterprise level IAM projects or serves as program manager. Effectively applies the organization’s project management methodology and tool, as well as enforces IAM and Cyber Portfolio Best Practices and project standards.
Lead the vision, strategy, optimization, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Business applications, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian Suite, Clinical Trials Management Systems, etc. This role will be responsible for ensuring our application platform effectively supports Natera's current and future business needs across all functional areas. Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP and CRM strategy aligned with Natera's overall business objectives and IT roadmap.
